PEDEN, Justice.

This is a Workmen's Compensation case. After a jury trial, appellee, Ordany Mae King, was awarded compensation for total and permanent disability.

On January 16, 1971, while in the course and scope of her employment by Grimes Memorial Hospital in Navasota, Mrs. King turned, twisted her knee and fell to the floor. In April, 1971 she had surgery to repair the damage to her knee. During August she returned to work but required additional surgery...
