This bill in equity for declaratory relief requires an inquiry into the meaning of St. 1972, c. 703, which amended G.L.c. 176A, § 1. Statute 1972, c. 703, regulates the relationship between hospitals in the Commonwealth and nonprofit hospital service corporations following the expiration of reimbursement agreements which the General Laws envision as the usual mode of defining that relationship.
