Plaintiff filed this suit, entitled, "Petition for Partition by Licitation", contending that she is the owner of an undivided interest in a ten acre tract of land. Plaintiff alleges that she is the owner of either an undivided one-sixth interest in the property, or, in the alternative, that she is the owner of an undivided 13/160th interest in the property. Made defendants are Lambert Lemoine, Huey Lemoine...
