COHEN, Chief Judge:

Once again, the entertainment provided by the Club Lido, Pennsauken, New Jersey, for its patrons is under attack.

Heretofore, the topless and, at times, bottomless dancing of "Go-Go" girls was challenged by the State, County and Municipal Law Enforcement Authorities in a three-judge court proceeding which rendered its opinion on June 5, 1973,1
