Theodore Delahoussaye filed this suit against his employer, Allen Action Agency, Inc., to recover workmen's compensation benefits, penalties, and attorney's fees. After trial on the merits, judgment was rendered awarding him compensation benefits for total and permanent disability due to traumatic neurosis and/or conversion hysteria.
