After a jury trial Davila Williams was convicted on three counts of distributing, and possessing with intent to distribute, heroin and cocaine. 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The government's principal witnesses were three undercover agents who testified that Davila Williams sold heroin to one of them on November 7, 1971, and cocaine to another on November 21.
