HARBISON, Justice.

Petitioner, C. Ed Hammers, was employed by respondent on March 15, 1971 at an agreed salary of $18,000.00 per year. At the time of the employment, however, it was agreed that he would receive $16,000.00 of his salary in cash and $2,000.00 per year in common stock of the corporation.
