WARD, Justice.

This is a suit under the wrongful death statute as a result of a vehicle collision in which an automobile driven by Victor Olivas, the decedent, collided with a truck owned by Halliburton Company. Halliburton, the Appellant, admitted liability for the accident, and the trial was confined to the issue of damages. Based upon the jury verdict, judgment was entered in the amount of $180,000...
