This appeal involves a boundary-line dispute between Pennsylvania-Little Creek Corporation (hereinafter, Pennsylvania), which purports to be the owner of a 25-foot strip of land contiguous to the waters of Little Creek in the City of Norfolk, and the owners of certain other parcels of land, which parcels are allegedly contiguous to the 25-foot strip.
