This matter is before the court on an appeal from a decision of the trial court upholding the decision of the State Board of Tax Appeals which affirmed an assessment of additional franchise taxes by the Collector of Revenue against North Baton Rouge Development Company, Inc. for the taxable years 1963-1966 in the total amount of $26,829.07 together with interest from October 31, 1966.
