By its complaint filed November 13, 1973, plaintiff, a jewelry manufacturer (hereinafter "Rosenthal"), sues for damages, preliminary and permanent injunctive relief, and an accounting, arising out of claimed copyright infringement by defendants (hereinafter collectively "Honora") of its copyright design for a gold, jeweled turtle pin.
