Ruby Walden and William Walden were convicted by a jury of violating the federal firearms law's prohibitions against sales to minors and non-residents, 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(b)(1), 922(b)(3) and 924(a), and they appealed. The bulk of the government's proof of their guilt was the product of an undercover investigation carried out in large part by several Marines at the request of a Special Investigator...
