George Charles Hill, Jr., appeals from the judgment and sentence entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of second-degree burglary. His single claim of error is directed to the trial court's refusal to give an instruction to the jury defining a "breaking" as that term is used in connection with the crime of second degree burglary.1
