FINCH, Judge.

Gayle Trimble (hereinafter plaintiff) and her father brought suit for personal injuries and medical expenses as a result of plaintiff, a pedestrian, being struck by two motor vehicles operated by the defendants herein. Defendant Sipes did not file an answer or appear at the trial. The jury returned a verdict against both defendants for $25,000 in favor of plaintiff and $3000 for her father. Notice of appeal was filed by defendant Arnold on July 21, 1970...
