This is an action under the Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. by a plaintiff who co-signed a judgment note with her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Lynch, which created a security interest in plaintiff's real property, the place of residence.
