WEBER, District Judge.

The defendant Piper Aircraft Corporation has moved for Summary Judgment under Fed.R.Civ.P. 56 on the ground that the plaintiffs' claims are barred by the applicable Pennsylvania statute of limitations.

The plaintiffs are Ohio residents, all administratrices of the Estates of Ohio decedents who died when the aircraft in which they were passengers crashed in North Carolina. The defendant is a Pennsylvania corporation...
