Respondent, at a meeting held September 10, 1973, adopted a resolution finding that probable cause existed to dismiss the petitioner, a tenured kindergarten teacher, on the grounds of incompetence. On September 17, 1973 petitioner was served with a notice of those proceedings and a copy of the statement of charges against her.
