GUNDERSON, Justice:

About dawn July 8, 1972, Las Vegas police answering a silent alarm captured appellant on the roof of Roxy's Cleaners. Appellant was charged with burglary, and as an habitual criminal because he twice had been convicted of robbery. See: NRS 205.060 and 207.010.
