This is an action by plaintiffs CBS, Inc. and Charles Allen Rich (professionally known as Charlie Rich) against Gusto Records, Inc. Plaintiffs seek a preliminary injunction against defendant corporation pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, pending a trial of their cause against defendant.
