This disciplinary proceeding was instituted on March 1, 1973, when the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, Inc. (the Bar Association) filed a petition in this Court against respondent, John Sellers Collins. Two charges were lodged against him, which dealt essentially with allegations that in his position as attorney for the Board of License Commissioners, he had bribed two members of that board in order to influence...
