These actions in trespass, consolidated for trial, were brought to recover damages resulting from a fire which occurred on February 21, 1968, in the City of Bethlehem. Plaintiff Raines is the owner of the property, while the Eyers occupied a second floor apartment. Defendant Fox was a carpenter engaged in remodeling the Raines' kitchen. The corporate defendants (herein Formica) manufactured and sold a contact adhesive
