ORDER AND MEMORANDUM OPINION

JAMESON, Senior District Judge.

On February 16, 1971 petitioners filed a petition to enforce an Internal Revenue Service summons to compel respondent Baucus, an attorney and certified public accountant, to appear before petitioner Gilligan to testify and produce for examination all "workpapers in connection with preparation of the income tax returns of William L. Kidd and Mary C. Kidd for the years 1966, 1967 and 1968".
