On November 17, 1971, following a three-day trial, David Jackson, Jr., was found guilty by a jury of three violations of 26 U.S.C. §§ 4704(a), and 4705(a) and 21 U.S.C. § 174, relating to the receipt, sale and distribution of heroin.
