NEWTON, Justice.

This is an action by minority stockholders to compel dissolution of a corporation. The District Court refused to decree dissolution. We affirm that judgment.

Plaintiffs, the minority stockholders, assert oppression by the majority. The parent corporation is engaged in the abstracting, real estate, and insurance businesses under the name Becher, Hockenberger & Chambers. It was the owner of all the stock of Community Housing, Inc., a subsidiary...
