Appellant shall recover of petitioner-respondent $40 costs and disbursements of this appeal. On August 2, 1969 respondent Katcher, while operating a motorcycle owned by him and insured by Public Service, was involved in an accident with an uninsured automobile. Public Service's policy contained an uninsured motorist provision in the statutory limits of $10,000 per person.
