This is a suit in which the appellants contest the trial court's order to set aside a partition sale made by a receiver.

Appellants, Billy Joe Gibson and Floyd Morris, sought to partition 20 acres of property in Anderson County which was owned by appellants and appellees, Mrs. S. P.
