MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

NEWCOMER, District Judge.

The present case was tried to a jury on four causes of action, all arising from the same basic set of operative facts, between October 1 and November 13, 1973. On November 15, 1973, the jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiffs on their Sherman anti-trust1 claim and on their contract claim; the jury found for plaintiffs on their Automobile Dealers' Day in Court Act
