Appellant Ralph Lemons was convicted for selling heroin in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 4705(a) and § 7237(b) (repealed subsequent to his conviction). Lemons thereafter appealed claiming entrapment and denial of his right to a speedy trial, but this court rejected those claims and upheld the conviction. United States v. Lemons...
