OPINION BY MR. CHIEF JUSTICE JONES, July 1, 1974:

Following a negotiated guilty plea to a charge of murder1 and to a charge of unlawful carrying of a firearm without a license, appellant was sentenced to six to fifteen years on the murder bill with a concurrent sentence of one and one-half to three years on the weapons charge.
