This case involves a pharmacist ("Petitioner") who was stricken with a heart attack at work. He filed a claim against the drug firm employing him and its compensation carrier ("Respondents"). The trial referee issued findings and award determining the employee's heart injury arose out of his employment and that he suffered a 56 percent disability as a result thereof.
