RAWLINGS, Justice.

Defendant Donald Francis Shea appeals from judgment entered on jury verdict finding him guilty of possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver. We affirm.

Defendant was arrested absent a warrant. The same day he was charged by information with the above stated offense.
