This is a suit for damages arising out of an automobile accident. Diane Hinson, plaintiff-appellee, was riding as a passenger in an automobile which collided with a Texas Highway Department dump truck. She sustained severe bodily injuries in the collision, and instituted suit against the Texas Highway Department to recover for those injuries.
