Plaintiff has appealed from a judgment dismissing his workmen's compensation suit.

The issues on appeal are (1) whether plaintiff proved he was disabled at time of trial from working as a switchman (driving a tractor-trailer and assisting in loading the trailer), and (2) if plaintiff was disabled, whether plaintiff proved his industrial accident (rather than an intervening automobile accident) caused...
