Plaintiff brought an action under the Local Governmental and Governmental Employees Tort Immunity Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1971, ch. 85, § 2-202) to recover damages caused by the alleged wilful and wanton misconduct of the defendants. The jury returned general verdicts finding the defendants not guilty.
