This is a consolidated appeal by Appellants, Anthony M. Melendez, Dale William Harvey and Leo Lay, Jr., (the Defendants) from denial of their Petitions for Post Conviction Relief wherein they allege their pleas of guilty to the offense of Committing a Felony While Armed With a Deadly Weapon (Theft) were not knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily made, and further claim inadequate representation by their joint counsel.
