Lowell W. Flournoy filed suit against Complete Auto Transit Company seeking damages he suffered from the total loss of his 1970 Chevrolet resulting from an intersectional collision. From a judgment rejecting plaintiff's demands he has perfected a devolutive appeal. We affirm the judgment of the District Court.
