This is an interlocutory appeal by the plaintiffs, Steven Toushin and Jerry Krule, from an order which (a) denied their motion for a temporary injunction restraining the City of Chicago and its superintendent of police from interfering with the operation of their business, and (b) granted the City's motion for an order forbidding them from conducting their business within the City...
