OPINION

ROBERTS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of robbery by assault. The trial was to a jury on a plea of not guilty. After a finding of guilty, the jury assessed appellant's punishment at five (5) years.

The record reflects that appellant was represented at trial by retained counsel. She was sentenced and gave notice of appeal on October 29, 1973. On October 31st she made a Five Thousand and no/100 Dollar ($5,000...
