On retrial, a jury convicted defendant of manslaughter, MCLA 750.321; MSA 28.553, and breaking and entering, MCLA 750.110; MSA 28.305. On appeal, we affirm. The facts are fully set out in People v Trudeau, 385 Mich. 276; 187 N.W.2d 890 (1971), reversing 22 Mich.App. 246; 177 N.W.2d 171
