This is a suit by Mary Blanche Mingo, appellant here, to probate an unproduced written will of Maude Johnson. Miss Mingo is a sister of Maude Johnson; and appellees herein, William Johnson Mingo and U.S. Mingo, are brothers of Maude Johnson, and contested the probate of such will.
