This is an eminent domain proceeding brought by the City of Houston in Harris County Court at Law to condemn a 20.699 acre tract of land within the security fence of William P. Hobby Airport. Mr. and Mrs. Wesley West, owners of the property, timely filed their objections to the award of the special commissioners.
