This is an appeal from the entry of a judgment non obstante veredicto rendered in favor of Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company, the defendant in the trial court. The plaintiffs Leon Grivel, Jr. and Robert MacLean, Jr., have attempted to appeal from the entry of this judgment. Atlantic filed a motion to dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
