This is an appeal from an adverse judgment rendered against plaintiffs in a petitory action. Suit was brought by the heirs and surviving widow of Marcel Joseph Bordes against the heirs of Paul Bordes seeking to set aside a notarial act of dation en paiement from Marcel J. Bordes to Paul Bordes, and to declare plaintiffs the owners of the real estate involved.
