Appellant Scottie Lee Stewart was found guilty on two different counts of having obtained personal property by false pretense in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 41-1901 (Repl.1964). For reversal he contends that the trial court erred in permitting the State to amend the information so as to change the nature of the crime.
