This cause is in this court on appeal from a judgment of the probate division of the Court of Common Pleas of Scioto County. Ray Nagle, deceased, executed his will, the subject of this controversy, on December 22, 1972. He died March 7, 1973. He left his property in trust for his wife and four children.
