This is an appeal from an order of the trial court appointing Mrs. Manette S. Favrot, Tutrix, and John W. Greene, Undertutor, of the estates of William Edward and Virginia Alice Favrot. Mrs. Favrot (appellee) was previously awarded the custody of these children following a divorce from their father, Clifford F. Favrot, Jr., (appellant) on December 14, 1964.
