The defendant contends that it was error for the trial court not to grant his motion for judgment as of nonsuit in that the evidence established that the defendant was entrapped. The defendant also assigns as error the instruction by the trial court that a sale and physical transfer of the marijuana would be a "distribution" and the instruction that to be convicted of distribution the defendant had to know...
