At the conclusion of their joint trial by jury all four appellants were found guilty as charged for their respective roles in a conspiracy to sell some 106 pounds of marijuana to a federal undercover agent. Specifically, all were found guilty of distributing and possessing with intent to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and conspiring to distribute the same in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846.
