Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

SIMPSON, Judge:

For their 1968 taxable years, the respondent determined deficiencies of $6,273.21 in the Federal income tax of the petitioners Jack and Edythe Gottlieb and $6,546.81 in the Federal income tax of the petitioner Aaron Gottlieb. The only issue for decision is the fair market value, as of July 1, 1968, of an apartment building located in Brooklyn, New York.
