ORDER
Motion of appellee, Ruth S. Olevson, to remand instant matter to the Family Court for the purpose of having said court hear and determine her motion to have appellant adjudged in contempt and further of hearing and passing upon her petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted. The papers are remanded to the Family court for that purpose and upon termination of the hearing there in the papers shall be returned forthwith to this court.
